We had a Heaven & Hell in Staffordshire too. It was more hell than heaven though.
It's a great name for a club. I used the phrase for the title of a novel I have yet to finish final work on.

It's always sad to have an establishment close its doors for good. And then on top of it...replaced by a parking park for cars?!!!
