The Triangle Church, Reddish
The Triangle Church on Sandy Lane, South Reddish was built in 1988 as the home of the Lancashire Hill Sunday School.
It is used as a meeting place by various community groups, but I've been unable to find anything more about it on the internet.
A contribution to Our World Tuesday and the Triangles theme at City Daily Photo.

Love the glass window panel.
ReplyDeleteAnd there's an extra triangle on the message board!
ReplyDeleteGreat theme day post.
ReplyDeleteGreat angles and composition and red is always an eye catcher ~ Great shot for OWT ^_^
ReplyDeleteA good theme choice! I'd considered using a triangular church rather like that for mine, but went with something different.
ReplyDeleteA triangle AND a lovely reflection Gerald, bonus! Super find for the theme day.
ReplyDeleteActually quite a few triangles in there once you start looking. One advantage I have over larger cities and towns is, I can always ask someone about anything on island, they are far more informative than the net. Always good to see community places thriving.
ReplyDeleteNice A-frame!

ReplyDeleteWow I never saw a triangle church like this before
ReplyDeleteSimple and useful. I'm loving this church!
ReplyDeleteThe triangle design is found in many American churches built in the next two decades after the Air Force Academy Chapel was built. It is possible, perhaps, that the design of this church had the same inspiration.
