The Thatched Tavern, Reddish


The roof of the Thatched Tavern in Reddish is slate-tiled just like the terraced houses further along Stanhope Street.

Maybe it wasn't always that way.

    The tavern is an interesting piece of architecture! The sky blue certainly highlights the chimney line up!

      Thanks for finding that link Dave - the pub is still open so the fears expressed in that 2010 post have not materialised.
